Social media went ablaze a few days ago after a rare photo of a Safaricom customer-care attendant kneeling on the floor to a serve a disabled man went viral. All the blog-spheres and rumor sites were talking about this particular lady who went against all odds to show her humility to the world.

One would not expect such a pretty face to go kneeling on the dirty floors to serve a disabled man, but Pauline did. She captured the country’s attention and was awarded for her noble act by the National Council for Persons with Disability Chairman David ole Sangok.

Now, days after that, Pauline met with her boss, Safaricom CEO Bob Collymore and that is a sign that all is well for this girl.
